Md Mizanur Rahman

Md Mizanur Rahman has graduated from University of Dhaka in Finance And Banking; and an Affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has completed his MBA, ACCA , and Bsc (Hons) from UK.

Current Position: Senior Lecturer

Experience : Md Mizanur Rahman acquired experience of working in recognised national and international organisations. He worked as a Manager (Taxation) in A. Qasem & Co, Dhaka; an associate firm of Price Water-house Coopers. He joined LCBS Dhaka as a full-time faculty in January 2011; and earlier he was an ACCA lecturer in Higher Education College Scotland.

Md. Morshed Alam Chowdhury

Abu Md. Sayem

Qualification: ACCA Affiliate. He is a Bachelors in Business Administration (Finance) from University of Dhaka and a BSc in Applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK.

Current Position: Head of Strategy (Tuition), LCBS Dhaka.

Experience: He started his career with ULC (a subsidiary of Lawrie group Plc, UK) in Bangladesh. He also worked for the financial services industry in the UK. Pravinth Rajaratnam

Pravinth an Associate Member of CIMA and an ACCA Affiliate has been a CIMA tutor for over eight years and is the most sought after Finance lecturer for CIMA in Sri Lanka. He specializes in the financial pillar subjects at the Operational, Management and Strategic levels and Fundamentals of Management Accounting and Fundamentals of Business Economics at the certificate level. Vandana Saxena Poria

Vandana Saxena Poria qualified as a UK Chartered Accountant with HW Fisher. She spent 10 years living and working in a multitude of countries in Central and Eastern Europe, initially for Ernst & Young and became the CEO of BPP International. She was responsible for all training outside the UK for drafting the first versions of the IFRS and ISA material for BPP.

Vandana chose to move to India and in 2006 she set up a 'content research and creation' company, Get Through Guides - GTG which develops, publishes materials for UK and international professional qualifications and delivers training courses to corporates across the Indian sub-continent.GTG has also written books and provided training for a multitude of other organisations, including the Insurance Institute of India, The Insurance Regulatory Development Authority, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Pakistan Institute and the Sri Lankan Institute of Chartered Accountants.

As the CEO of GTG, she is responsible for ensuring that high quality books/materials are produced in the field of finance, accounting and management and training professionals across the globe to pass professional certificates e.g. ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA and CII.

An Associate Member of CIMA and a B.Sc. (Hons) degree holder from the University of Colombo, he is also a CFA level 3 candidate. Rachana has over 18 years’ experience of practice in India and UK. Shanmugam Sivabaskaran

A graduate from Madurai Kamaraj University India, He has developed a unique teaching style, which gives him an edge in teaching his subjects at the Certificate Level.
