Mr. Anowar Parves, FCCA

Mr. Mohammad Ruhul Quddus is an accomplished finance professional and policy expert with over 17 years of extensive experience in public financial management, government accounting, and budgeting. He is currently serving as a Deputy Secretary in the Finance Division of the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh. He holds multiple prestigious professional qualifications, including ACCA (UK), ACMA (ICMAB), and CPFA (UK). In addition to his professional credentials, he is pursuing a PhD in International Affairs from Carleton University, Canada.

Mr. Quddus has worked in various influential roles at the Ministry of Finance, the World Bank, and the Controller General of Accounts. His expertise includes financial reporting, budget analysis, IPSAS implementation, public sector accounting reforms, and GFS reporting for the IMF.

He has represented Bangladesh in international training and workshops across Canada, India, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and New Zealand.
