LCBS Dhaka is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service experiences and satisfaction.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

– Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing information and assistance as needed.

– Handle and resolve customer complaints, aiming for a positive resolution.

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

– Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns.

– Stay updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

– Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

– Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

– Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

– Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

* IT & Web Design Intern
– Applicants must be from CSE/EEE background.
– Collaborate with the development team to implement user interfaces for web applications.
