𝐌𝐫. 𝐈𝐦𝐫𝐮𝐥 𝐊𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐬, is a Professional Accountant. He is an Associate Member of

Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). He is an Associate

Member of Certified Public Accountant (ACPA), UK. He is a Certified Forensic

Audit and Analyst (CFrA) of Certified Forensic Practitioner Institute, USA. He is an

Associate Member of Certified General Accountant of Bangladesh. He is an

Associate Member of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA, UK). He is also a

member of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA, Melbourne, Australia).

Mr. Kayas has more than 11 years’ work experience in various industries. He

started his Journey from July, 2010 in Aziz Halim Khair Choudhury. He worked in

Ahsan Kamal Sadeq & Co, Habib Sarwar Bhuiyan & Co, ACNABIN, K. M. Hasan &

Co, Ahmed Akter & Co, M Z Isalm & Co. Due to involvement of different CA Firms,

he has got tremendous opportunity to audit in many renowned multinational and

local companies. Now, he is a Partner of Mohammad Ata Karim & Co.

Besides, he has more than 11 years teaching and training experiences. He is an

expert in International Accounting Standards, Tax and VAT. He is a well-known

teacher to CA students. He is a faculty teacher of Certified General Accountants of

Bangladesh (ICGAB) where he takes class on Financial Reporting and Advanced

Audit and Assurance. Moreover, he teaches Accounting, Taxation, Financial

Accounting and Reporting, Corporate Reporting to CA students. He involves in

different training institutions like BISCM, Thriving Skills, Corporate Academy, IPDP,

Corporate Dream and so on where he takes training on International Accounting

Standards, Tax and VAT. He also works as a corporate trainer to train corporate

staff on Accounting Standards. He has a good command in International

Accounting Standards (IASs) and International Financial Reporting Standards

(IFRSs). He has expert knowledge to teach students in an easy and summary way.

He has already trained more than 5000 professional students like CA, ICMA,

CMA, CPA, CFA, CFP, ITP and so on.
